"Starting the Conversation about Diversity,
Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility"

John-Peter Wilhite will take us through conversations surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, the distinctions between each of these, and how to address them in your organizations and with leadership.

Learning Objectives:

- Discuss the importance of language and destigmatize terms relevant to equity work

- Understand the distinctions between Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA)

- Gain tips for creating safe spaces for honest conversations about DEIA and how to build support among leadership for DEIA

- Explore how individual perspectives relate to behavior and how mindset shifts influence positive behavioral changes
