This program involves situational exercises in which participants are presented with workplace scenarios involving a manager/employee related issue.  Participants will work in small groups to analyze each scenario, assess potential risks, outcomes, legal ramifications, regulatory impact and other issues, and propose a unified process for resolution adjustments.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

Attendees will learn how to:

- Use critical thinking skills to assess a complex situation with variable outcomes

- Identify the factors that contribute to individual motivation, behavior and perception

- Apply knowledge of regulatory compliance, employee relations, and organizational hierarchies to managing internal work relationships

- Practice creative problem solving in a participatory, small group environment
