Overview

External threats to cyber security continue to grow and evolve. For every instance of hacking, cracking, phishing and phreaking, employers may face a bigger and more insidious threat: the inside job. Whether intentional or not, internal misuse by employees can account for data breaches, the loss of highly sensitive proprietary information, and/or disclosure of protected information (and resulting fines and penalties).

This program will include an overview of common employer cybersecurity issues, the role of HR professionals in ensuring digital security, and best practices for protection.
