Participants will learn why a handbook is important and what should legally be included in a handbook and what should not.

2. The necessity of a handbook
3. Why employees don't read the handbook
4. The role of the acknowledgement signed by the employee

5. The help a handbook can provide in litigation/unemployment hearings
